I provide individual therapy for anxious, overwhelmed adults who want to feel steadier in their daily lives and relationships — especially neurodivergent adults and parents raising neurodivergent children with high support needs, including autism and ADHD.

Many of my clients are carrying the invisible emotional labor of managing appointments, behaviors, school systems, medical complexity, advocacy, caregiving burnout, or the daily tension of navigating a world that was not built with their nervous system in mind, all while trying to stay connected to themselves and the people they love.

Therapy with me focuses on helping you find deeper self-understanding, recognize patterns of stress and overwhelm, and feel more grounded, supported, and confident in your choices.

What I Help With

  • Anxiety and overwhelm

Chronic worry, perfectionism, and the mental overload that can make life feel like too much.

  • Neurodivergence

ADHD, autism, and other neurodevelopmental differences shaping self-understanding, relationships, and everyday demands.

  • Parenting neurodivergent children

The emotional, relational, and practical demands of raising a neurodivergent child, especially children with high support needs.

  • Drawings of a butterfly, snowflake, and a star with small dots between them.

    Caregiver stress and burnout

The exhaustion, mental load, guilt, and grief that can come with ongoing caregiving responsibilities.

  • Two hands with arrows pointing back and forth between them, symbolizing exchange or exchange process.

    Relationship challenges

Communication differences, conflict cycles, and the challenges of feeling misunderstood or disconnected in close relationships.
